Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with placing to-go orders via phone or in-person, providing clear information about menu items and order details Manage restaurant reservation systems and coordinate pickup times to optimize flow and reduce wait times Use restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and resolve any issues promptly Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go station, including order pick-up areas and packaging supplies Ensure food safety standards are followed during order handling, packaging, and delivery preparation Assist with guest relations by providing friendly service, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant environment, preferably as a host/hostess or in food service roles Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing order totals Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper handling of food items during packaging Experience using restaurant table management systems and phone communication tools Hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed Join us as a To-Go Specialist where your proactive approach and friendly demeanor will elevate our guests' takeout experience.
