•18/hour About Contrast Studios Contrast Studios is a premium contrast therapy club offering private infrared sauna and cold plunge suites designed to support recovery, performance, and overall wellness. As we continue to grow across Ohio and the Midwest, we're looking for energetic, reliable, and people-focused team members who take pride in creating an exceptional experience for every guest. The Role This is more than a traditional front desk position. Studio Assistants help create the member experience while supporting the day-to-day operations, cleanliness, and flow of the studio. We are currently hiring for both opening and closing availability. Monday-Friday Opening shift begins at 5:30 AM Closing shift begins at 1:30 PM Saturday Opening shift begins at 6:30 AM Closing shift begins at 12:30 PM Sunday One shift: 6:30 AM-2:00 PM Weekend availability is required. Team members are expected to work a minimum of three weekend shifts per month. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential, particularly for opening shifts. What You'll Do Welcome members and guests with energy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service Guide first-time guests through sauna and cold plunge use, including basic safety and studio procedures Manage appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, calls, and client questions using Momence Reset and clean private sauna and cold plunge suites between sessions Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked studio Complete opening or closing procedures to ensure the studio is ready for guests Monitor studio equipment and communicate maintenance or operational concerns Educate guests on memberships, packages, and current promotions Support membership sales, retention, and studio growth Work collaboratively with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and comfortable connecting with people Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant direction Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Willing to clean, reset rooms, and handle the hands-on responsibilities of running the studio Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus Interest in health, wellness, or fitness is preferred Perks Complimentary use of Contrast Studios services Employee retail discounts Flexible scheduling Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding wellness brand Apply If you're energetic, dependable, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a growing wellness brand, we'd love to hear from you.
