Overview Are you a night owl? Bill's Donut Shop in Centerville, OH is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team full time on third shift. Your work hours will be from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, specific days to be determined. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, increasing to $16.00 per hour upon the successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. In this role, you will be a face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include serving customers, filling orders, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. There are opportunities for advancement in both Front of House and Back of House. Duties Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately. Operate POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and providing change to customers. Maintain cleanliness in the front of house area. Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices at all times. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies and reporting shortages. Experience Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Experience with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions are required.
