We're a takeout-only pizza shop , which means our Front of House team is the heart, face, and voice of the operation. Whether you're answering phones, greeting customers at the pickup window, or helping keep the pizza train rolling during a summer rush, you'll play a huge part in the Marzano's experience. We're looking for someone who genuinely likes people, stays cool when the phones start ringing all at once, and can juggle orders, pizza boxes, and good vibes without breaking a sweat. If customers can hear your smile through the phone, you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing Answer phones and accurately take customer orders Help customers navigate the menu and recommend favorites Welcome customers at our walk-up ordering and pickup window Prepare salads and assist with light food prep Cut, box, and organize pizzas for pickup Help keep orders moving smoothly during busy dinner rushes Restock supplies and prep items throughout your shift Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and inviting Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure every order goes out right What We're Looking For Friendly, clear communication and great customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Dependable and punctual Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Restaurant or hospitality experience is great, but we're happy to train the right person Why Work at Marzano's?
