As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders. Prepare and serve food items according to Burger King's quality and safety standards. Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide accurate change. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant. Stock inventory, rotate products, and assist with deliveries as needed. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
