Hospitality Team Member:

Provide high-quality customer service and genuine hospitality to every guest Create a welcoming and positive guest experience through friendly communication and attentive service Serve guests in a fast-paced Front of House environment, including the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and other guest-facing areas Take orders, process transactions, prepare and deliver orders, and assist guests with their needs Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members while maintaining a positive attitude Work quickly and efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high standards for service, cleanliness, accuracy, and hospitality Follow quality control and food safety procedures Upper management and leadership growth opportunities available including Trainer, Team Leader, Shift Leader, Manager and Director positions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Genuinely friendly and caring 18 years or older Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Ability to do rigorous work, including standing for up to 8 hours Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Education/Experience:
