Job Overview Join our team as a Front of House Team Member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests! In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers, taking phone orders, assisting customers in-person and ensuring every visit is exceptional. Due to high traffic of take-out orders the front counter is a very important position. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise in a fast-paced, food industry environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Process cash, credit card, and retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations Maintain area as needed (cleaning and stocking) Prepare simple food items as needed, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, equipment, and dining areas Accurately package take-out orders with all items Support overall restaurant operations by being a helping hand to other positions and employees Adequatley cleaning nessesary spaces at the end of shift Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems and computer capabilites Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and operating kitchen equipment safely Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash register operations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service! Pay:

$7.25 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
