Job Description
We have an immediate Opening for Crew Members. We are looking for Energetic and Outgoing Individuals. Team Members at Wayback Burgers learn valuable new skills that can help them develop a career for their future. Team Members need to implement all the standard operational procedures of the company and make sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible. Jobs are being added due to the greater than anticipated volume at the location.
Major responsibilities:
- Include taking orders
- Cleaning the kitchen area and other work stations and ensuring the total cleanliness of the workplace.
- Packaging takeout orders.
- Serving customers at the counters.
- Stocking of refrigerators and stations.
- Preparing and assembling food such as sandwiches, hamburgers and salads.
- Preparing all food products according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining courteous interaction with customers at all times.
- Initiating actions to resolve customer complaints and referring customers concerns to the management.
