Duties Prepare a variety of fresh deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot foods, following established recipes and safety standards Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with friendly service Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicers, ovens, grills, and refrigeration units Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions Restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Qualifications Some experience in food preparation Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and create positive interactions Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety standards Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Previous experience working in retail sales transactions or restaurant environments is preferred.
