Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following sanitation protocols and food safety guidelines. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change with precision. Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and ovens for quick food preparation. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and order accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
