Job Summary We're looking for friendly, positive energetic Bagel Shop Staff to join our team! In this role, you'll be a key part of creating a positive experience for our customers by preparing food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and love delivering great customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you. Responsibilities Prepare bagels, sandwiches, and other menu items following established recipes and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling products to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep area, dining space, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with food handling tasks including, stocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Manage cash register transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment. Support team members during busy periods to ensure quick service and smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates should have good time management skills, basic math abilities for cash handling and sales upselling, and familiarity with food safety practices. Experience with quick service or fast food restaurants, café work, or grocery store environments is a plus. A positive attitude combined with strong communication skills will help you succeed in this role.
