As a Crew Member, you will be an essential part of our fast-paced restaurant team. You will be responsible for; Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth operation. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, cash handling, and food service to take orders and assist customers effectively. Your premium skills in food preparation and time management will enhance service efficiency, while your relevant skills in sanitation and basic math will ensure compliance with health standards and accurate transactions. Job duties include but are not limited to Present menus to customers and assist them in choosing pizzas and other items Provide information regarding different crusts and toppings available Take and process orders for pizzas and sides, and confirm them by repeating them Provide food preparation and delivery timelines to customers Take phone calls and fill out specific orders Make pizzas Complete cash transactions with customers that come to pick up food orders Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company recipes Monitor inventory and place orders for more supplies as needed Qualifications First and foremost a willigness to learn and a positive attitude. Proven experience in food service and quick service restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with a focus on cash handling and POS systems Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with food preparation and culinary techniques Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations Experience with upselling and sales techniques is a plus
