Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Manage food handling responsibilities, including maintaining food safety standards and sanitation practices. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance guest experience. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is operating properly. Handle cash register operations and process retail sales transactions with accuracy. Support team efforts by bussing tables, managing food service customer orders, and assisting with kitchen operations as needed. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food safety management, and operating kitchen equipment is a plus. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS will help you hit the ground running. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Background in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or food industry roles demonstrates your ability to manage cash handling accurately. Prior culinary or restaurant experience will support your understanding of food handling standards and customer service excellence.
