Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches, salads, and other menu items efficiently and accurately. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, slicers, and food prep stations safely and effectively. Manage food safety standards by maintaining a clean workspace, following sanitation protocols, and handling food properly. Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process customer orders quickly and accurately. Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and manage cash handling with precision. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies to ensure a safe environment. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, fast food or quick service restaurant environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales management. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent customer service skills with an energetic attitude that creates a positive dining experience. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining cleanliness standards. Pay:
