Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions smoothly and efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas to ensure food safety compliance Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end Assist in food handling duties including packaging, serving, and ensuring proper food safety practices are followed Support team members by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to sanitation protocols Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality standards Experience in food preparation, food handling, or culinary roles is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently Basic math skills for processing transactions and giving correct change Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and kitchen safety practices is desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
