Little Innovators Preschool | Fulshear, TXPart-Time | Starting at $16/hour Little Innovators Preschool is growing our pool of part-time team members as enrollment, programs, and staffing needs develop. We are looking for dependable, warm, and proactive individuals who enjoy working with young children and are comfortable contributing wherever support is needed within a small preschool environment. Part-time opportunities may include classroom support, program support, substitute or coverage hours, special events, and general school operations depending on experience, availability, and current needs. Responsibilities May Include

• Supporting preschool and Pre-K classrooms
• Actively supervising and engaging with children
• Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, activities, meals, and rest periods
• Preparing classroom activities and materials
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe learning spaces
• Supporting teachers with daily classroom needs
• Assisting with school programs, events, and special activities
• Completing routine documentation or organizational tasks
• Providing coverage when staffing needs arise
• Other classroom or school support based on daily needs We're Looking for Someone Who Is

Candidates must be able to meet applicable Texas childcare licensing requirements.

Schedule:

This is a part-time opportunity, with schedules varying based on school needs and candidate availability. Opportunities may include morning or afternoon hours, program-specific schedules, substitute coverage, meetings, events, or additional hours as enrollment grows. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old Previous experience working with young children preferred Ability to meet all Texas childcare licensing and background check requirements Current Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain required certification Ability to complete required pre-service training and ongoing annual professional development in accordance with Texas childcare licensing requirements Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to actively supervise and engage with children throughout the shift Comfortable with basic technology and learning school communication/documentation systems Ability to follow established procedures, accept feedback, and work collaboratively with a team Flexible and able to shift between classroom, program, and general school support as needed Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Ability to take initiative and work independently with familiar responsibilities once trained Ability to perform the physical responsibilities of an early childhood environment, including sitting on the floor, standing for extended periods, bending, lifting classroom materials, and assisting children as needed
