Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff Maintain high standards of sanitation procedures by cleaning tables, dining areas, and service stations regularly Ensure food safety management protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Support food delivery and pickup processes to facilitate smooth service flow Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment Experience Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is advantageous Experience with POS systems will help you adapt quickly to order processing tasks Strong customer service skills are essential for creating positive guest interactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are key to success in this role Join us and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
