Hospitality Team Member - Olive Burger Join the Olive Burger Team! Olive Burger is looking for friendly, energetic, dependable, and hardworking Hospitality Team Members to join our growing team. We believe great hospitality starts with great people. As a Hospitality Team Member, you will be one of the first and last people our guests interact with. Your job is not simply to take orders — it is to make every guest feel welcomed, provide fast and accurate service, and help maintain a clean, organized, and positive restaurant. Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required . We provide hands-on training for individuals who have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly Learn the Olive Burger menu and confidently answer guest questions Expo, package, and run orders while checking for accuracy Assist guests with dine-in, takeout, drive-thru, and delivery orders as assigned Keep the front counter, dining room, beverage station, restrooms, and guest areas clean and organized Restock cups, lids, sauces, napkins, beverages, and other supplies Assist with dishes, cleaning, and other restaurant duties when needed Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and company procedures Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members Work with a sense of urgency during busy periods Support your teammates and help wherever needed Help create a great guest experience from the moment customers arrive until they leave What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Reliable and punctual attendance Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced restaurant Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Team-first attitude Willingness to learn and accept coaching Ability to multitask and stay organized Ability to maintain cleanliness without being constantly reminded Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by your schedule Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties Restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Our Standard On Time.
