We are currently looking for FOH Mid Shift Team Members who are ready to bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service to our restaurant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure Smile and maintain positive, welcoming body language Create and maintain eye contact Speak enthusiastically and communicate clearly Build genuine emotional connections with guests Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant Accurately process transactions and operate POS/cash register systems Multitask quickly while maintaining attention to detail Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Work collaboratively as part of a team Maintain a dependable, adaptable, and professional attitude Remain on your feet for extended periods Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress code standards

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must have availability between 10 AM and 8 PM Texas Food Handler Certification preferred/required Previous POS or cash register experience preferred Basic computer skills Strong math and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn
