POSITION SUMMARY

As a To Go Specialist, you are welcoming and responsible for providing great hospitality to our guests. In this position you will work closely with the kitchen and the front-of-house team to provide an efficient and positive takeout experience. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Ensures orders are entered, prepared, packaged, and delivered correctly while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Professionally handle phone orders, build positive guest relationships and provide knowledgeable assistance with menu selections Keep the station clean, stocked, and compliant with established food safety and sanitation procedures.

WORK PREPARNESS AND REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended period and frequently walk between the kitchen, to-go station and guest pickup areas. Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members in person and by phone and accurately receive, understand and relay order information Work safely in a fast-paced restaurant environment Food Handler certified, or willing to obtain certification upon hire
