We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Crew Member to join our BBQ restaurant team. This position is a hands-on role that includes customer service, food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and general restaurant duties . Responsibilities Prepare and cook BBQ and other menu items according to restaurant standards Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately Serve food and ensure orders are prepared correctly Maintain clean and organized kitchen, dining, and work areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Work efficiently during busy periods Assist other team members with daily restaurant operations Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Previous restaurant or cooking experience is a plus BBQ or kitchen experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and follow recipes and cooking procedures Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical restaurant duties

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
