The Server / Bowl Maker / Team Member is responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing bowls, handling food safely, keeping the restaurant clean, and supporting daily restaurant operations. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly during busy service times. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude Take customer orders accurately in person or through POS system Build bowls according to Seoul Bowl portion standards and recipes Prepare and portion rice, proteins, toppings, sauces, and side items Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation standards Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handwashing procedures Restock ingredients, utensils, packaging, sauces, and drinks as needed Keep the front counter, dining area, kitchen line, and prep areas clean Assist with online orders, delivery orders, and pickup orders Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members during service Handle customer questions, special requests, and concerns professionally Follow opening, closing, and cleaning checklists Support dishwashing, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning Work as a team to keep service fast, organized, and accurate Qualifications Previous restaurant, cashier, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift up to 25 lbs when needed Must follow food safety and cleanliness standards Food Handler's Permit required or ability to obtain one Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is friendly, fast, clean, and dependable. Pay:
