As you master new skills, your pay increases directly: Stage 1: Leadership Training ($10.00 - $12.00/hour based on experience)

Duration:

First 80 hours (approx. 2 weeks) Learn our recipes (kitchen procedures), high-standard food handling, guest service expert procedures, fast-casual drive-thru flow, and shift management basics. Stage 2: Independent Lead ($12.00 - $14.00/hour) Master opening and closing procedures independently, holding down shifts, and leading team culture. Stage 3: Full-Time Lead ($14.00 - $16.00/hour) Run independent 10-hour shifts, mentor crew members, and maintain \"Best on the Block\" store standards. Stage 4: Salaried Assistant Manager Excel as a Full-Time Lead and step into a salaried management position with expanding corporate/franchise growth opportunities.
