As you master new skills, your pay increases directly: Stage 1: Leadership Training ($10.00 - $12.00/hour based on experience)

Duration:

First 80 hours (approx. 2 weeks) Learn our recipes (kitchen procedures), high-standard food handling, guest service expert procedures, fast-casual drive-thru flow, and shift management basics. Stage 2: Independent Lead ($12.00 - $14.00/hour) Master opening and closing procedures independently, holding down shifts, and leading team culture. Stage 3: Full-Time Lead ($14.00 - $16.00/hour) Run independent 10-hour shifts, mentor crew members, and maintain "Best on the Block" store standards. Stage 4: Salaried Assistant Manager Excel as a Full-Time Lead and step into a salaried management position with expanding corporate/franchise growth opportunities. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Consistent Full-Time Structure:

4 to 5 days per week.

Great Hours:

Shifts run 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (No late midnight closes or exhaustingly early 5 AM opens!).

Flexibility Required:

Must be available to work weekends.

Requirements:

A positive, high-energy attitude (it's contagious!). Reliability—our community counts on us to be open and ready to serve. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (especially during the "ice cream rushes"). Flexibility to work weekends and evenings. At least 1 year of experience in food service or retail leadership is preferred.
