Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process customer orders efficiently and accurately Manage food service customer orders from ordering to delivery, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give accurate change using POS systems Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout your shift Assist with upselling menu items to boost sales and enhance the customer experience Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and food prep tools, ensuring all food handling procedures meet safety regulations Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Experience with retail sales transactions, cashiering, or food industry roles is a plus Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering delicious food with a smile!
