Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and polished Corporate Cabin Attendant to support a private aviation operation based in Atlanta, Georgia. This position is ideal for a service-focused professional who values discretion, teamwork, and providing a consistently high level of care to passengers.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional cabin attendant experience within corporate/private aviation; training alone will not satisfy the experience requirement.
Strong understanding of business aviation etiquette, passenger service, and professional standards.
Must maintain a polished, professional, and conservative presentation appropriate for a private flight department.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and situational-awareness skills.
Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working within a close-knit flight department.
Must be able to meet a 2-hour call-out requirement in the Atlanta area.
Service Expectations
Provide attentive, discreet, and personalized passenger service throughout each trip.
Anticipate passenger needs while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
Ensure the cabin is prepared, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready before each flight.
Coordinate catering and provide meal and beverage service as needed.
Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization throughout the trip.
This role is not heavily culinary-focused. While candidates should be comfortable with catering coordination, food presentation, and standard onboard meal service, extensive cooking or advanced culinary techniques are not required.
This is a close-knit flight department whose team members frequently spend time together while traveling, including dinners and other activities during trips. The successful candidate should enjoy being part of a collaborative team and be comfortable participating in that environment.
