We are looking for motivated and skilled Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing high-quality pub-style food while maintaining strict gluten-free standards. You will be responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating menu items, ensuring consistency, quality, and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook gluten-free pub-style food, including pizza, loaded nachos, pupusas, calzones, and other favorites. Ensure all food meets quality, portion, and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Prevent cross-contamination by strictly adhering to gluten-free protocols. Work efficiently with team members to ensure timely food service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with food prep and stock rotation. Follow all brewery policies and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or brewery setting preferred. Knowledge of gluten-free cooking techniques and cross-contamination prevention (or willingness to learn). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain one). Passion for great food and craft beer is a plus!
