Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through tasting experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism Educate visitors about the wines offered, including details about flavor profiles, production methods, and food pairings Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Commerce 7, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell wine selections and related products by identifying guest preferences and offering tailored recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Qualifications Previous experience in wine service, restaurant, or food and beverage industry preferred.
