Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cellar Worker to join our dynamic beverage manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to the production, sanitation, and quality assurance processes within our brewing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food and beverage safety standards, mechanical systems, and equipment operation, contributing to the consistent production of high-quality craft beverages. Shift Options:
Monday- Friday 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM start (must be available to work up to 12hrs and Sat when in full season)
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH SHIFTS AND WILL BE ACCOMODATED BASED ON NEEDS
Responsibilities Perform wine transfers between tanks, tanker trucks, and processing equipment using pumps and hoses. Build, connect, and disconnect transfer hoses and pipelines. Clean and sanitize wine tanks, transfer lines, pumps, and winery equipment. Monitor fermentation and wine processing activities. Add yeast, nutrients, and other approved ingredients during the winemaking process. Remove lees and oak from tanks, including work in confined spaces when required. Operate winery equipment such as pumps, presses, filters, chillers, forklifts, and hoists (depending on experience). Maintain accurate production and inventory records. Perform general housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organized. Follow GMP, ISO, food safety, and winery safety procedures at all times. Requirements Must have previous cellar experience Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures. Ability to work at protected heights (up to approximately 45 feet). Comfortable working in confined spaces such as wine tanks. Basic math and recordkeeping skills. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively. Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and extended hours during harvest. Pay:

Are you available to work both a 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM shift, including overtime, weekends, and throughout the full seasonal assignment? Are you comfortable with heights? Are you comfortable working outdoors in varying weather condition? Are you comfortable performing physically demanding work, including pulling large hoses, lifting, pushing, and standing for the entire shift?
