We are urgently hiring 200 Food Production Associates for a growing jerky manufacturing facility in Ontario, California. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment. Immediate openings are available in the following departments: Packing Processing Sanitation Available Schedules Candidates must have flexible availability because schedules vary by department, shift, production needs, and overtime requirements.

Production and Packing:

Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday Four 12-hour shifts per week Alternating fifth workday may be required Weekend availability is required

Sanitation:

Eight-hour shifts Six days per week Weekend availability may be required Exact start and end times depend on the department and assigned shift. Candidates must be available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and willing to work overtime when needed.

Job Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

Working on a fast-paced processing or packaging line Processing and handling raw pet food products Measuring, weighing, lifting, mixing, and packaging ingredients Loading materials and finished products Inspecting products for quality and proper packaging Operating production or packaging equipment as assigned Following food safety, GMP, hygiene, and sanitation requirements Wearing all required personal protective equipment Cleaning and sanitizing production areas and equipment Maintaining an organized and safe work area Performing repetitive movements throughout the shift Following all instructions from supervisors and department leads Completing additional production duties as assigned Job Requirements Applicants must: Be bilingual in English and Spanish Be eligible to complete the E-Verify process Be able to work 12-hour shifts when assigned to production or packing Be able to work weekends, overtime, and rotating schedules Be able to work up to six days per week when assigned to sanitation Be able to work in cold, wet, and fast-paced production areas Be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be able to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods Be comfortable handling raw food ingredients Follow strict food safety, hygiene, attendance, and workplace safety rules Be dependable and report to work on time for every scheduled shift Previous food production, manufacturing, packing, processing, or sanitation experience is helpful but not required.
