The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. This position involves assisting servers and maintaining the overall flow of service to enhance the dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing necessary utensils. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, restrooms, and service areas. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Help set up and break down tables for special events or catering services. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Skills Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. A helpful attitude with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
