LLC | Stonington, CT and Groton, CT Full-time (32 to 40 hours per week) | Hourly | $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience About Us The Beer'd Brewing Company opened as a nano brewery in 2012 and has grown to two facilities in southeastern Connecticut. We're best known for our IPAs. Our production team is the backbone of everything that reaches our taprooms and shelves, and we take pride in running a clean, safe, quality-driven operation. About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Cellarman to own day-to-day cellar and packaging operations. This is a production role focused on the cold side: cleaning, transfers, dry hopping, carbonation, canning, and keeping accurate records. You'll report to our Head Brewer and work across both our Stonington and Groton locations. What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, and equipment following established procedures
• Execute transfers, dry hopping, carbonation, and other cellar processes
• Monitor fermentation and record data accurately
• Set up, run, and break down the canning line, with quality checks on fill levels and seams
• Package, label, and palletize finished product to company and TTB standards
• Assist with keg washing, filling, and tracking
• Help track inventory and supply levels, and receive deliveries
• Follow safe chemical handling procedures and promote a strong safety culture
• Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
• Cellar, packaging, or production experience in a brewery or similar manufacturing setting is preferred
• Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to following SOPs
• Comfort operating and troubleshooting production equipment, or the ability to learn quickly
• Flexibility for occasional weekends and holidays based on production needs
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly, climb ladders and stairs, and work on wet, uneven surfaces
• A genuine enthusiasm for craft beer and beer quality Schedule and Location This is a full-time, hourly position of 32 to 40 hours per week during core production hours.
