We don't just run machines; we craft local chocolate from the raw bean to the finished bar. The success of our chocolate relies on a blend of sophisticated industrial technology and hands-on craftsmanship. Responsibilities:

Operate commercial-scale cacao processing and packaging equipment. Maintain strict sanitation of all hand tools and machinery. Measure , weigh, and transfer ingredients with high accuracy. Record detailed data for food safety and FDA regulations.

Execute the full production cycle:

from sorting raw materials to melting, molding, and wrapping.

What You'll Do:

The Craft:

Sort, roast, and winnow raw cacao beans to perfection.

The Science:

Operate industrial mills and refiners to create smooth, high-quality chocolate.

The Finish:

Master the technical skills of tempering, molding, and wrapping bars for the shelf.

The Standards:

Maintain a "surgical-level" clean environment (FDA/Food Safety) to ensure every bar is perfect.

Qualifications:
