Part-Time Brewer Obed & Isaac's Microbrewery & Eatery | Peoria, IL We're looking for an experienced, dependable brewer to manage production at our 15 BBL on-site microbrewery.

Hours:

Approximately 20-25 hours per week, depending on production needs. Flexible scheduling—mornings, afternoons, or evenings—with an emphasis on producing quality, consistent beer and meeting production needs. Responsibilities Manage brewing, cellar work, kegging, and production planning. Maintain beer quality and consistency throughout the brewing process. Keep the brewery and equipment clean, safe, and properly maintained. Monitor ingredients and inventory, maintain production records, and assist with required reporting. Collaborate with our team on beer offerings and new recipes. Qualifications At least two years of professional experience as an assistant or head brewer. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and a commitment to cleanliness and safety. Able to perform the physical work of brewing, including lifting up to 60 pounds and working in hot, cold, and wet conditions.
