Direct Hire Food Production Worker
KANSAS CITY, KS 66105
Job Description Job Description:
The Food Production Worker will work on a production line in a cold food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include trimming chicken breasts, assembling chicken kabobs on skewers, and assisting with general food production duties. Employees must follow all food safety, sanitation, PPE, and quality requirements while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Duties:
Trim and prepare chicken breasts for production. Assemble chicken kabobs on skewers according to production requirements. Work efficiently on a production line. Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality-control procedures. Wear required protective clothing and PPE. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads. Work cooperatively with other team members. Perform other food production duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working in a 35°F environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work with raw food products. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Must be background eligible. Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening. Must follow all company food safety and hygiene requirements. Previous food production experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. Requirements B/G Eligible
