Overview Immediate opening for a key mature Team Player, hands on, multitasker to control the Back of House Operation.

Tasks include:

Prep work, restocking, dishwashing, and cleaning. Ability to lift 40#, multitask in a hot, fast paced setting. Hours are somewhat flexible, depending upon YOUR availability

• start somewhere between 2-8pm
• until as late as 11pm, Thursday
• Monday.

Duties Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as mixers and food processors Follow food safety sanitizing procedures rigorously to maintain a hygienic environment and prevent contamination Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients for various sundaes while adhering to recipe specifications Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times Participate in high-volume food production, maintaining pace without compromising quality or safety Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment throughout shifts to ensure compliance with health regulations Qualifications Previous fast food experience is highly desirable Experience with fine dining or restaurant environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Ability to follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in food production Experience in catering or high-volume food service environments preferred Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills make a difference!
