Responsibilities:

Operate within GMP guidelines, focusing on product quality, food safety, and cleanliness Prepare ingredients, equipment, and production area for daily operations Expert knowledge in scaling, measuring, mixing, forming, baking, and quality control Advanced understanding of raw ingredients, mixing speeds/times, and dough consistencies Adhere to production schedules and maintain detailed batch records Use proper food handling gear and ensure sanitation of utensils, pans, and equipment Operate production equipment (commercial ovens, mixers, depositors, etc.) Adjust equipment settings as needed and report issues promptly Manage inventory and support reporting/planning with team leads

Qualifications:
