Packing Brewing Manufacturing Full Job Description Lenny Boy Kombucha & Beer Production Job Description:

We are looking for a quality, consistent person to help with our Kombucha and Beer production. This role is

PART-TIME

• only 1 to 2 days a week on Monday and potentially another day. 8 AM
• 5:30 PM (potentially longer for a large production run).

Overview:

As a Production team member you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our kombucha and beer. You will be responsible for ensuring good manufacturing practices are followed during production while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties:

• Help on the packaging line to ensure products are packaged properly.
• Help organize walk-ins of packaged products.
• Help make the pack out boxes and flats necessary for packaging days.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and guidelines throughout the production process.
• Work in a food processing environment, following all GMP and HACRP guidelines.
