All candidates must be able to successfully complete a comprehensive drug screening and background check as a condition of consideration for employment. Employment is contingent upon meeting all applicable screening requirements. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production, packaging, and labeling of food products
- Operate and monitor production line equipment
- Inspect products for quality and safety standards
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas (following food safety guidelines)
- Follow all company, OSHA, and food handling regulations
- Support team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs
- Comfortable working in cold, wet, or fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
