No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Prepare, process, portion, and package food products according to company standards. Work primarily with chicken and other food ingredients. Operate basic food-production and packaging equipment safely. Follow recipes, production instructions, and quality-control procedures. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area throughout the shift. Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety requirements. Inspect products for quality, appearance, weight, and proper packaging. Label, pack, and organize finished products for storage or shipment. Load and move ingredients, supplies, and finished products as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
