Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate breakfast orders while upselling menu items such as specialty coffees, cocktails, or premium ingredients to enhance guest satisfaction. Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic culinary duties. Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. Qualifications Must be 19 or older Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy breakfast hours. Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktails, and upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills. Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and sales transaction processing.
