We have a rare opening available for our Press Operator position in our Distribution Center and Manufacturing Plant located in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work with our award-winning dairy team!

Requirements:

Must be detail oriented, reliable, organized and have strong communication skills. Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, safety conscious and possess good sanitation (cleaning) practices. Must be able to multitask and work independently. Reliable and able to work a rotating schedule. Ability to work in an environment with a variety of temperatures and moderate noise level. Must adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices including wearing a company issued uniform, a hairnet, beard net, no jewelry, and no excessive makeup. Basic Math Skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Duties:

Product batching. Operation of pasteurizer. Testing and offloading of incoming milk tankers (able to obtain a milk receiver's license). Learn CIP (Clean in Place) functions of tanks and line circuits. Cleaning of equipment and environment. Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

This shift starts in the afternoon and includes working rotating weekends and holidays on a 4-10s weekly shift. Total pay including shift differential is $26.50/hr. Earn an extra $1/hr. for all hours worked on Sundays. Bonus department-specific incentive program averaging $1/hr. starting after 30 days.
