As a Wine Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of our wines, and assisting customers in selecting the perfect wine for their needs. Duties

• Assist customers in choosing wines based on their preferences and occasions
• Provide information on different wine varieties, regions, and pairings
• Offer recommendations for food and wine pairings
• Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Upsell products to enhance customer experience Requirements
• 5 years experience with retail or restaurant wine sales
• Strong ability to sell and promote products effectively
• Experience in cash handling and using a cash register
• Knowledge of classic wine regions as well as current trends
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
