Entry-level & General Labor roles - 1st Shift/Mid-shift $16.00-$17.00/HR 40-45 Hours Production 1st Shift 7am and Mid-shift 11am-8pm Responsibilities Operate and monitor food processing equipment in accordance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other safety standards. Follow detailed production procedures to ensure products meet quality standards in production and packaging. Conduct sanitation and sanitation checks regularly to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area. Assist in managing daily manufacturing operations, including managing production or assembly teams to meet output goals. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities using SAP or other manufacturing management systems. Support quality assurance processes by inspecting products for defects, ensuring compliance with regulatory/legal standards in production. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing waste or inefficiencies. Requirements Prior experience in food processing plant environments or manufacturing management is highly preferred. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety management practices. Familiarity with quality standards in production and food & beverage industry best practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, weights, and quantities. Strong understanding of safety standards in production, sanitation procedures, and GMP compliance. Experience working with SAP or similar manufacturing management software is a plus. Excellent managerial communication skills for managing production teams effectively. Demonstrated commitment to regulatory/legal compliance standards in food production settings.
