Duties Assist with the sanitation of equipment, work areas, and production lines to uphold HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Operate manufacturing machinery related to brewing, bottling, and packaging processes with precision and attention to safety protocols. Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime, utilizing mechanical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills. Handle raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies safely using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and moving materials throughout the production floor while adhering to safety standards. Conduct quality assurance checks during production runs to ensure beverage consistency, safety, and compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations, including cleaning tanks, lines, and workstations regularly. Support warehouse functions by organizing inventory, managing storage areas, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities. Follow all safety protocols related to industrial chemical handling, equipment operation, and food industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Qualifications Prior experience in beverage manufacturing or food & beverage production is highly preferred. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, HACCP principles, CGMP standards, and food safety practices. Mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting equipment issues; familiarity with brewing or packaging machinery is a plus. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely; certification is advantageous. Strong manual handling skills including heavy lifting; physical stamina for standing, walking, and working in a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills for measurements, inventory tracking, and quality checks. Experience working within a warehouse or industrial setting involving chemical handling and safety compliance. Demonstrated ability to follow safety standards diligently while maintaining high-quality production output. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills; capable of supporting team leadership when needed.
