The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food industry operations, culinary techniques, and machinery handling, contributing to our commitment to excellence in baked goods and pastry production. This position offers an engaging environment where precision, safety, and creativity are paramount. Duties Operate robotic systems and Nachi industrial robots to assist in food packaging, dough handling, and pastry assembly processes. Prepare ingredients and components for baking, including dough preparation, cake decorating, and food assembly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering strictly to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Monitor machinery performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to ensure continuous operation. Follow detailed recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistency in baked goods and pastries. Assist with high-volume food production tasks such as cake decorating, pastry preparation, and catering setups. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to maintain product quality and safety. Support the team in achieving production targets while maintaining a safe working environment.
