Primary focus is direct to consumer sales and work with other associates to further promote the brand and meet established sales goals.

Overall Functions:

Perform daily duties to operate tasting room and function as on-premise brand ambassador. Proficiently use software to process on-premise and online orders. Create, grow and use email database, phone calls, and correspondence to communicate with customers and potential wine club members. Assist with special events and other tasting room activities such as wine club billing, shipping, and communication with existing and potential wine club members.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service in addition to written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds. Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor and appearance. Available to work weekends and occasional evenings. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain both OLCC serving and Food Handler's permit. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
