REM Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced and fun warehouse dedicated to crafting chocolate-covered pretzels and gourmet sweets loved across the country! 9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Regularly Scheduled Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:00

PM What You'll Do:

Handcraft small-batch pretzels and brittle treats with precision and care Assist in cooking, forming, dipping, decorating, and packaging delicious confections Wrap and seal finished products for retail or wholesale distribution Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and presentation Help assemble seasonal gift boxes and prep for pop-up events or promotions Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment Cross-train in different departments like decorating, packaging, and production prep Lift ingredients and packaging materials (up to 40 lbs) and stay on your feet throughout your shift Work as part of a tight-knit, team-oriented crew to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

Experience in food manufacturing, commercial kitchens, or baking highly preferred Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort handling small or delicate food items Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality Great attitude and willingness to learn new skills Must follow appearance and hygiene standards required in food production
