Job Description

Wood Personnel is currently seeking food production associates for a temp to hire, full time job opportunity for a local Manufacturer located in Lebanon. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and long term job stability.

Food Production Associate Hours & Compensation:

Continental Schedule (two on, two off and every other 3 day weekend) Night Shift Hours 5:45pm—6:00am$20.00 an hour

Food Production Associate Skills and Requirements:

Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods (12-hour shifts) and lift up to 30 lbsStrong attention to detail and reliabilityMust be willing to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standardMust provide proof of high school diploma or GEDMust have updated resume in order to be considered

Food Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the production and packaging of food products in a fast-paced environmentOperate basic machinery and follow safety/food handling guidelinesInspect finished products for quality and consistencyMaintain a clean and organized work area
