•$18.00 per hour Job description: We are currently hiring Food Production Associates on behalf of a premier manufacturing client in Sevierville, TN. In this role, you will assist in the production, packaging, and distribution of high-quality food goods in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience? No problem! While manufacturing experience is a plus, entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply. Shift:
Monday
•Friday | 7:30 AM
•6:15 PM | $15.00 / hour
2nd
Shift:
Monday
•Friday | 8:30 PM
•7:15 AM | $16.00 / hour
Weekend Shift:
Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM
•7:15 PM | $18.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Operate food processing equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, flow wrappers).
Assist with mixing dry ingredients to initialize food production.
Remove and package food products from ovens, freezers, and processing lines.
Assemble packaging boxes and bundle finished goods for shipment.
Palletize completed boxes and prepare loads for freight transport.
Occasional assistance with loading and unloading freight shipments.
Qualifications & Requirements Physical Capability:
Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
Hygiene & Safety:
Must practice strict personal hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
Work Style:
Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while working independently as needed.
Logistics:
Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Sevierville, TN.
Experience:
