Position Summary The Brewery Assistant supports all aspects of brewery production, packaging, cleaning, and warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in craft brewing. You'll work directly alongside our brewing team, learning brewery operations while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production facility. No two days are exactly alike. Primary Responsibilities Brewery Production Support
Assist brewers during brew days
Mill grain and stage brewing ingredients
Load and unload raw materials
Assist with wort production and brewhouse setup
Prepare brewing equipment
Clean brewing vessels and production areas
Follow production schedules and SOPs Cellar Support
Assist with tank cleaning (CIP)
Clean hoses, pumps, fittings, and brewery equipment
Assist with inventory counts Cleaning & Sanitation
Maintain a clean brewery at all times
Perform daily cleaning tasks
Follow brewery sanitation procedures
Clean floors, drains, equipment, and workstations
Assist with deep cleaning projects
Follow all PPE and chemical handling procedures Equipment & Maintenance
Assist with preventative maintenance
Report equipment issues immediately
Help troubleshoot minor equipment problems
Maintain tools and brewery equipment Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work well on a team
Willingness to learn
Mechanically inclined
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to safely operate around industrial equipment Preferred
Previous brewery, winery, beverage production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience
Forklift experience or certification
Basic mechanical or maintenance experience
Experience operating production equipment
Knowledge of sanitation procedures Previous brewing experience is
not required

Lift and carry up to 55 pounds repeatedly
Move full kegs safely
Push and pull heavy carts
Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
Climb ladders when necessary
Work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments
Safely work around cleaning chemicals while following PPE requirements What You'll Learn This position provides hands-on experience with:

Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
